Innovations in systems and models of health and health care

This theme develops and evaluates innovations in systems of health care and public health to improve quality of care and outcomes for people with long-term conditions. We are testing innovations across three dimensions of the system: pathways of care, trust-wide quality improvement strategies and public health interventions.
