Do you want to get involved in helping health research benefit the NHS and patients?
Do you want to work with an organisation committed to improving the quality of care and tackling health inequalities through research?
Do you want the opportunity to meet and work with world-class health researchers in world-leading universities?
Our CLAHRC investigates real-world problems and aims to come up with practical solutions – this could be a new medical device, a new or improved service or a better way of doing things. We then provide support to get research into practice as quickly as possible.
We are recruiting people to join our Research Advisory Panel – a panel of laypeople that helps us improve the way we involve patients and public in our research and in our organisation.
We need your help to do this!
Our Research Advisory Panel acts as a point of advice to the CLAHRC, helping us develop the way we involve patients and the public at all stages of the research process. It also helps us communicate with the public in a way that reaches as many people in the North Thames area as possible.
We want to recruit members of the public, patients, service users and carers with a wide range of experience and interests.
We welcome anyone with experience of health services or a long-term condition, or anyone with an interest in research.
If you are interested and would like to find out more please contact the Patient and Public Involvement Lead Steven Towndrow on 0203 108 3241 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
